A massive gamble

I took the gamble to take my mainstreem comedy
to an alternative comedy club just too see if it would work,
The club was The Frog and Bucket and if you know Manchester you will know
this club is the 2nd biggest comedy club in Manchester
I booked in over 4 weeks ago for a 5 min spot called Beat the frog
you have 5 min to inpress and can be called off at anytime during the 5 min
if the audience don't like you,The place was packed with around 300 people
all out to celebrate St Pats night, There were 10 acts on and I was on in the 2nd half
I had a stormer and survived the full 5 min,but so did 4 others,it was then up to the audience who was the winner on the night and has then earned the right to a gig at The Frog and Bucket
they choose little old me,this was on comment I got on Facebook
Tony Just commented on your status: "The ancoats lad did good,to say you brought the house down was an understatement.and there was some good comedians on the show."
I had a brilliant night and I am still bouncing from the buzz,I have not yet heard from The Frog but when I do you will be the 1ts to know
